I just got a call from this place and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. I booked a service visit through Asurion and we spoke on the phone earlier in the week. I got a call two days later saying that the part to repair my television came in and they could be at my place in 30 minutes. I told him I wasn't available today and that I would have time next week (this was on a Friday, mind you). He then proceeded to say " Ok, I'll have to call you back next week. I don't know why you scheduled this if you weren't ready." I said "Ok" and he hung up before I had the chance to ask why he was being an absolute jerk. I will update the review if and when he calls back to schedule service.

Jeff serviced our LG TV under warranty. Consumer Electronics was prompt, and the office was courteous and efficient. Jeff was on time, and had the repair done in moments. He got everything hooked back up quickly and was so personable.
Great experience, once the job was assigned to Consumer Electronic Services!

Called to get a quote for a TV repair and due to terrible customer service on the phone I wouldn't dare come in to get any service. The man I talked to was very rude and was in such a rush to get me off the phone he told me to just come in to get a simple question answered rather than taking the time out the day to listen to what I even was asking.

All you people who give this business a bad review are crazy. This place is a jewel. If you are looking for good quality vintage audio repair go here. If you don't have the manners to approach the owner with respect go someplace else. The man is someone who will take care of you unless you go in without respect. He has repaired my vintage amp and speakers and I have had work done on my equipment from CA to VA. There is none better .
