      image I dealt with Chris at this store. I mentioned called customer service at one point to try to figure out the issue. Chris said he wasn't going to do that because he wasnt going to get the commission. Chris and Jeff were very rude. Hopefully I can speak to someone about this.

      image My daughter and I came in and were told someone will be with us in a moment. No one came for 15 minutes. A supervisor (woman) walked past us asking how were doing. I told my daughter that they ought to have a person taking names at the door to sign people in so they could know who was before who - the supervisor steps over and asks whats your name. She seemed to sign me in. Then she walked over to a couple to sign them in and stayed talking to them for like 20 minutes while we waited. I dont appreciate it and Im actually pissed. Maybe its because - whatever excuse theyll give for it.
