They owner (I believe)used my puppy as an example. Before she even had a chance to respond he corrected her and she went flying off the ground yelping. My poor puppy was so scared. Also I needed to correct my puppy but the lady didn't like the way I did it. She walked over from across the room and corrected her again much harder. Now my puppy is shaking and is probably confused as to what she is being corrected for since there was so much time that had passed and she was in the correct position. There was another excerise that we did and my pup refused to go near her. Let's just say I did not go back!

They are a great place to train your dog. I love their way of training
