Extremely unhelpful. Continue to say no case manager available to help. Not acceptable at all.

I worked in a 900+ bed hospital in Houston. The physicians here are the best. Yes even as a new patient. Dr Mansuri is the best by far. Try going to big city and see what you get or how you're treated. Please be humbled by what rural care is within this area. It's also good to go in with the questions you want to know. Write them down before hand. If you don't understand what they are saying tell them. They can't read your mind or know your body like you do.

This is public information to inform you that if you are not vaccinated you will not be seen by several of the providers. I am one that doesn't post reviews but when an a 11 year old just wants to be involved in a sports activity and being told she can not be seen is very disappointing. I work in healthcare as well and have cared for critically ill patients. My duty as there caregiver was to ensure they survived not vaccination status.
