RUDE RECEPTIONIST MARIA today 4.5.24 at the Austin Airport Motel 6 Extended Stay refused to accommodate the request for an extended check-out until 1pm needed due to a medical emergency for our military family. I've been staying at Motel 6 since the 1st of January 2024. The hotel Has very spacious Rooms. The rooms are clean And decent if you're coming in need a place to stay and you did not make a reservation!!!
Think about Motel 6 they are open 24 hours

One word to describe G6 that terrible. Motel 6 needs to hire staff who speak and understand English. I was overbilled at the hotel and lied to or the rep did not understand the transaction.

Motel 6 left me stranded standing outside in the rain! They confirmed my reservation despite being closed down, wasting my time and money. Customer Care and Reservation departments were clueless and offered no assistance when I reached out. Would not recommend becoming a My6 member.
