Greatly appreciate management and there offer to let us revisit this time with a clean room.

As you can see from other reviews the local area's really great and this time we will actually get to enjoy more of it.

Rooms: Without the toilet the issue was actually very nice.
Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast setup.
Noteworthy details: It's walking distance to great things we loved the location.

Our family of four loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids loved the beautiful pool and hot tub and the landscaping was lovely. The breakfast was vast, tasty and good quality. The location was wonderful-close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the PCH. We'd definitely stay here again! No complaints at all! Stay here!

Really loved our stay and Im so grateful I didnt listen to the negative reviews. Upon checking in, I asked about the noise concerns and an amazing gentleman at the front desk helped secure us a room that didnt have as much traffic noise. I used white noise at night and had no issues sleeping and never once heard those in the adjoining rooms. I also used the fitness room every day and was grateful for the cardio and weights options. The yoga mats should be replaced but thats a minor concern.
I also found the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
