I had an Ego battery powered snowblower which would not start and was referred to this service center by the manufacturer for a warranty repair. My warranty was within a week or two of expiring, and I did not enter the situation with high expectations.
I was pleasantly surprised by this shop, they did what seems to have been about $500 worth of work and were able to get it all paid for by the manufacturer. My snowblower has been rebuilt and is in working order and all it cost me was a trip over there!
I know that some of that is also on the manufacturer, for being willing to pay, but I am pleased with the work and with Carol Stream Lawn and Power for their honest business practices and keeping a warranty repair free for me as promised. Thanks guys!

Spent $470 to rebuild my snow blower last winter just to find an oil leak and now it wont start this season. Pricey and work clearly is not reliable. This snow blower should have ran as good as a new one and not randomly start leaking.

Carol Stream lawn and power is a top notch company. I've used them many times and have had very positive interactions.
They're always very clear with any issues and have always been very straightforward with me. They even saved me time and money by telling me not to invest more into my machine being that the parts were no longer available. Being so close to Christmas, I was happy to buy a used machine off their showroom floor. They even threw in free delivery.
These guys are Amazing !
