      image Took my retainer and did nothing. I took him to court and he lost both times by not showing up. He works out of someone else's office so I couldn't recoup some of my costs though sheriff sale. He admitted to working with my future Ex's lawyer on private matters, I thought it would help me get finished with a divorce that had taken 4 years. It ended up taking more time and a different attorney.
      He still owes me the settlement and interest.
