Beautiful hotel with fantastic customer service. Love the heated bathroom floors!
Nearby activities: There are many places to go that are very close to the hotel.
Walkability: We were able to walk to a variety of 5 star restaurants from the hotel.

Very bad service from the receptionist, I wanted to play golf at the Pebble Beach course and she told me that they couldn't go outside, and if you can, I had to make the reservation myself, the breakfast was very bad, they took my raw omelette and he never came back, I went without breakfast.

As of 2018, most/all of the rooms are newly renovated. A stay includes their excellent breakfast the next morning, which is not to be missed (especially the fantastic pastries). We usually opt for a courtyard-view room, as it doesn't seem worth the price for an ocean view. Make sure to get a room with the giant soaking tub, and take a long hot bath. They do accommodate infants, and even set up a Pack-n-Play in our room for us.

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are very cute and clean with some nicer amenities like robes, slippers, espresso machine, sparkling water, candies, etc. The included breakfast is fantastic. Their location is awesome for walking Carmel by-the-sea. We valeted the car and just walked everywhere in town. I would absolutely stay again
