      image I had an amazing experience at att in Carlsbad located on Pierce street. The lady's name that helped us was Cynthia. She went above and beyond . She has awesome customer service skills and a bubbly personality. She definitely needs a raise and special recognition. There were literally only 2 staff herself included, and they got bombarded with customers. She never once lost her cool , and was multitasking customers. Thank you Cynthia for an amazing experience.
