      image I used to work at the Mechanicsburg location in 1991 to 1995. George's son Ernie took over the business, and continues to work there with his staff. The food is just as great as it was back then. One of the only sub shops in the area to use soft rolls, and not the hard and doughy pizza rolls. They have those as an option though too. The Chef Sub is a must try. No one else makes it (that I know of). I am a non-slender, food connoisseur. Trust me!!
