I had an excellent experience with the owner of this company. We’ve had the dog wash station at our 238 unit luxury apt community for a few years, and our residents love it! We noticed it wasn’t dispensing product in the wash gun and I gave the number on the website a call. The owner answered and said he could help walk me through it over the phone. Then we decided it would be easier to FaceTime so he could see it and he thoroughly walked me through each step of testing it. Ron took 30 min out of his day to help troubleshoot and made sure I knew what I was doing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He also answered my text questions after and said he would email over video tutorials for future reference. HIGHLY recommend the product and service.

Came in from out of town and pup needed a bath. Associates were super friendly and explained the process clearly. Pup smells nice, fresh and clean! Good section of treats and food as well.
