In one of the worst times of our lives you made the funeral process simple and easy. You were professional and took care of everything. The service at Mullens was excellent. Every interaction with Erika; I felt like I had a friend. We were worried how my Mom would look for the private viewing because she had a horrible fall. Mom had a lot of swelling and bruising on her face. Sean did an amazing job hiding those bruisings. Mom looked like she was sleeping peacefully. Our minds a rest.

Shannon and his staff were amazing for my dads recent passing. Everyone at Mullins made sure a very difficult time for our family went as smoothly as possible. The parlor and celebration center at their facility was beautifully decorated and accommodated our needs for a service and a reception after.
I have recommend them to others who need their type of services in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks again Mullins for all that you have done.

Losing my significant other was, by far, the worst, most difficult time in my life. I've never had to make arrangements before, or deal with any of this, so I was quite lost.
Fortunately, a good friend recommended Mullins Memorial. And it was the best decision I could have made, to handle my man's funeral and aftercare. Mr. Mullins and his staff were all so kind and calming and helpful. I believe that my beloved was handled respectfully; the funeral service was beautiful and honored him well; the cost of the entire service and care was completely affordable. The staff were in close contact every step of the way, with all of the details and deadlines.
I can't say that going thru any of this was easy, losing your other half. But if it happens, I would trust Mullins Memorial to treat your lost loved one, and your family with kindness, respect and the gentle care that any grieving family deserves.

For the loss of my nephew, my sister and brother in law couldn't make this difficult call to inquire on viewing and cremation services for their 25yr old son who passed 6/30/23. I called several locations, but Jim was the most empathetic and professional director I had spoken to. Upon arrival, Jim walked us all through this most difficult process and continued to share, how important it is not to rush this process to ensure we did not make any harsh rushed decisions. We decided to proceed with Mullins, and the day of the viewing, was perfect! For the most difficult day of our lives, Jim and his team helped us all. From parking, to ensuring everyone had an opportunity to share our memories of our loved one AJ. Jim, worked with our family and delivered everything as agreed. Jim, Thank you, although it was the most difficult thing we had to do, our families and guests truly appreciate your customer service and time.
