I am posting this review a little while after the sale of our home in Milton, but I did not want to forget about it. Former military family here. I have been flipping homes and moving every other year for the last 15 years because of my career. I have worked with dozens of realtors over this time. I have never had such a stress free process, as I did with Rob and his team. They communicated clearly and quickly through the entire process. They were punctual for every appointment and did such a good job with our photos and staging. The house sold very quickly and we got top market price for our area. The deal was a complete success and it was in large part due to the Rob Brooks team. Thanks Rob, Cant wait to work with you on next project!

I had the opportunity to purchase an investment property with the help of Rob Brooks Realty. Rob and his team members are very professional, have great knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. At the time I made the purchase it was a very competitive market, and their advices proved to be incredibly valuable. I would recommend Rob to anyone buying/selling homes in the panhandle area.

Ive never worked with better people in my life. We bought and sold a home at the same time. Rob and his team were there to help and answer questions every step of the way. Closing day we walked into quite a mess in several front. Tenants were still moving in to the home we were buying. Rob and his team showed up at the end of the day to help the tenants move out and us move in! That showed a level of genuine care that is rare to find these days. One week later and we still have a moving POD in our driveway from said tenants. When the sellers agent stopped responding, Kathy with Rob Brooks spent hours in the phone in our behalf arranging a pickup for the tenants of the sellers!! Its my hope you do not experience the chaos, but trust me, you want Rob and the team on your side for your real estate journey.
