How rude? The owner is a straight a. . .hole! I have never had a service provider raise their voice at me until today. The owner would not admit that his receptionist made a mistake by not scheduling my whole house carpet stretching, so the guy wanted to charge me $800 more to do the job today! Not my mistake, it was theirs, but he wanted to charge me for it? I don't think so!!!!! Do not use this company unless you want tk be overcharged and treated like garbage!!!

Deceptive!!!!! Great that they were able to come far distance in the same day but their online quote was a THIRD the price of what they told me in person. Very unhappy with their deceptive pricing. I feel tricked. They did a fine job but Im very disappointed. The worker Tyler was very nice and professional, it was not his fault but I will not be using the company ever again. Came to clean the carpets in 3 rooms at my house today. The online pricing was VERY deceiving. Once they arrived they quoted me more than double what it said online. The ONLY reason I didnt tell him to leave was because I needed my carpets done today and they came from far away. Will never use again, UPDATE YOUR ONLINE PRICING!! Added a photo showing all of the spots that they failed to clean. Absolute rip off. Tyler was very nice though. Service: Carpet steam cleaning
