After being a patient along with my family, at North Canton Family Physicians for nearly 30 years -- always showing up on time, never missing a payment or appt., I am disappointed on so many levels. I GUESS WHEN DR. JENRETTE RETIRED RECENTLY THE CARING FOR PATIENTS WENT OUT THE DOOR WITH HER!!
I had an issue which resulted in me missing an appt. (& only ever did so before 6 months prior for a blood draw that I forgot about). Then I come home to find four letters in my mail telling me that I will have to find a new doctor!!!! (What if I were in an accident, sick, or dying in the hospital -- you never even bothered to ask)
To top it off, today, I call Pioneer Physicians to make sure a bill that was never sent to my insurance was taken care of. And, I find out the doctor's office specifically told Pioneer to send my account to collections!!! No notice -- no nothing. And I've never failed to pay one single dime to them.
This is an absolute TERRIBLE way to treat anyone, let alone a great patient that has been with NC Family Physicians for so many years. When you no longer care about the individuals, you will lose more than just me, just give it time.
I'm thankful that you told me not to come back -- I appreciate you showing your true colors. With doctors who treat patient's this way, you couldn't pay me to come back.
NOW THAT DR. JENRETTE IS GONE -- I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. It's a shame that they are destroying the business that Dr. Jenrette built.

Update 12/13 -
Office manager very rude, very short, very condescending. Will not be returning. This is weeks in the process. They are tough to work with.
Good doctors but not great front office and reception. Rude coordinator and always dismissive. Sad.

Ive finally found a primary care physician that I respect and trust. Dr. James Phillips is great. This type of physician pretty much doesnt exist anymore. He actually cares and is careful and professional. The office staff/nurse assistant staff is mixed: most are nice and helpful . An update to my review: Dr. James Phillips is the best of the best in the medical profession, caring, compassionate and just an incredible human being.

This is the best doctor I've ever been to. Dr. Phillips is very thorough, and I feel like my health concerns are being taken seriously and being thoroughly investigated. I received a letter with orders for a cardiovascular CAT scan, with a post-it note attached to it that told me to call University Hospitals, because they offer that particular procedure for free. I cannot express how grateful I am that the staff would include that for me. Something so simple as a heads up like that is so, so appreciated.
The average office would have just sent the orders, and who cares if the patient needlessly paid thousands of dollars out of pocket for a test. But NCFP is not the average office. They've gone above and beyond with everything. I'd recommend these professionals to anyone.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Phillips for about one year. We are pleased with the care we have received. He listens to our concerns and very thorough. The staff is always friendly and respectful. The manager (Heather) is friendly and is very helpful with questions and concerns.
