Bedford location : I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. However when I decided that I'd like to wait at least a week before purchasing her manager Al began criticizing me, telling me I just came in and wasted everyone's time, he was yelling at me, I was treated very poorly, with everything I've been going through with my four month old being hospitalized I didn't nor does anyone else deserve to be humiliated like that.

They will literaly do anything to sell you a car and 1 year into the contract it will die oh and there warrenty doesnt cover anything
