You're "Pompous" cashier ask us of what we were going to do. Here it is.. Per *Sheryl..

"Called in our "Usual" all meat pizza with double cheese well done! Got home to find a plain cheese pizza!!!! After calling In the moment we got home, the man who answered was extremely rude and said I got what I asked for?? How does an "All Meat Pizza" HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT??? Told them I want my money back. We live too far away to drive back there!! He refused a refund!! Will not eat there anymore!!! And we had gotten this exact same pizza for many years!"

I (Don) have always held a high regard for your restaurant but tonight sure tarnished the chrome. I've had order issues in the past but things were always corrected in a professional manner. Tonight.. Not so much..
I fully understand that good help is hard to find but a simple mistake could have been rectified with a touch of common sense and normal remorse instead of making it the customer's fault. Hence, the reason of all of this..
