      image Horrible experience waited over a half an hour for someone to even acknowledge me. Once they did I was told they dont even have the screen protectors that I need , for the new iPhone 15, in stock. Will not return to this location.

      image I went in to have an old iPhone 6 connected to our service, since my husband lost his original iPhone 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After trying two different old phones, I walked out with a working phone in less than 10 minutes, including the SIM card change! I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.
