Unlike the first repairman from AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE Iin Rhode Island, Bill was very professional. Whereas the other guys never even bothered to check out the problem before declaring that parts needed to be ordered, B&G took their time and came up with a different diagnosis. Not only that, Bill kept me appraised of the situation and was helpful in reaching a settlement with my home warranty company. B&G offers the type of professionalism that nowadays seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

The service technician that came to my home was incredibly unprofessional. Not only was he rude but he actually broke my washing machine. I called my warranty company because the machine was making a noise (but was fully functioning). After he "worked" on the machine it wouldn't work at all. He was not apologetic or even remotely sympathetic for the problem that HE had now caused! I am completely at a loss for why or how a company would want this man to represent them.
