      image It's important to note that the service provided by this company is extremely overpriced. If you opt to send certified mail with a return receipt, you'll be charged $16. However, if you send it directly through USPS, it will only cost you $4.50. Essentially, you'll be paying a $12 convenience fee just to transfer your mail from UPS to USPS. Although the staff may seem friendly, it's clear that they're taking advantage of you with a smile...
      To be honest, I would never use this service again... I hope you understand...

      image Today I walked into the store to return an Amazon package. Never have I seen staff at UPS being so rude. Owner and the management should consider training the employees to smile and be courteous to the customer. You are in business just because of customers like us. Garrett definitely needs customer service training.
