I have used Henry Clay Air for years, but I wanted to review the last two experiences I have had with the company. I have had two separate issues within the last week: one with the capacitor going out and one with my unit flooding my basement. Both times I have called I have had Dexter at my house within hours. Dexter has been nothing but courteous and efficient. As a new homeowner he will answer my questions as well as teach me ways to upkeep my equipment to prevent any issues in the future. He is one of those rare repairmen that you know remembers who you are and sees you as more than just another stop in his to-do list. Their prices are extremely fair and they bring all their tools/equipment with them. Use Henry Clay Air, and neither Clay or Dexter will disappoint!
