      image Walked in at 4:35 p.m. and asked to open a bank account for my infant son. Was told I "need to make an appointment" because the process "takes about an hour." Really? Tell that to the WF banker in Florida who did it for my daughter in 15 minutes. Perhaps they just dont know what they're doing? Regardless -- Instead of gaining a fourth account, we're closing the three we have + our merchant account. Loyalty begets loyalty. We dont need you or your apathy.

      image I'm guessing they have the same problem as every other company in America. Labor shortages. Can't go inside one person working the window for two lanes. Do not try to come on your lunch break
