Stopped in this morning to have a 30 LB LP tank filled. I set my tank on the scale and went inside to let them know I needed a tank filled. They said someone would be right out. 20 minutes later I was still sitting there waiting (this seems to happen quite frequently there). I finally loaded my tank up and went to Sonny's Ace Hardware. I was there less than 15 minutes and left with a full tank. So if you need a propane tank filled, I would not recommend Enxx, they seem to be too busy to bother with small customers. In fact, I could have filled my own tank and just driven off, and I don't think they would have even noticed. Absolutely lousy customer service.

Can’t wait till my tank is empty so I can switch companies. Easily the most shady and incompetent business in canon city.

Absolutely disgusted with their service and excuses on delivery. Tell them when you are on 25/30% doesn't cut it. It takes them on average 3 - 4 weeks to get to us. For the last 2 years they use the same excuse about a driver down... really? This last time they said they would be out within 10 days... its been 14, I'll be empty in 2 and they couldnt tell me when they could deliver and to add insult to injury their truck went by our house yesterday. Ughh. I guess they wont miss us since they are so busy.
