Friendly staff. Great views. Clean rooms. The only down side to this place is they hardly ever answer the phone or return phone calls. Pleasant experience once you get to make your reservations. Will definitely stay there again.

I decided to go to a different place to stay and this sounded perfect. They did say that they were going through some construction but they would place me in a room that would be away from the noise. They placed me in front of the construction which went on all night and you couldnt sleep unless you were dead. I checked out in the morning and as I am leaving two children and a mother had the keys to my door and walked in to watch TV. They billed me for the full amount, about $600 and I have had no response from management. Civil Suit anyone And I couldnt hear the water although the beach was steps away. I was so glad to sleep in my own bed the next night and they refuse to respond to my letters. They are dishonest and I will get my money back

Hello Ann, You are correct, the hotel is under construction and we do certainly have that fully listed on our website. The hotel does have multiple buildings but with equipment moving around the property, construction noise can unfortunately be heard. And checking our records. I do not see any email regarding the transgressions you have listed in this review. After reviewing the information on your account as well, it looks as though our accounting manager has attempted to reach out with to you three separate times with no response. The hotel management team would happily discuss any concerns you have and we are always happy to make reasonable accommodations to ensure our guests are satisfied.
