During 2021 we came to look at a home. Unfortunately, the sales person that met with us was rude. I thought I would not be back but we did go at the end of 2022 and because of Brian Ball, we stepped towards buying. He was amazing, knowledgeable, kind and went out of his way to assist us. I am glad I went back for a second chance. He made it worth it!

Brad Belcher at Clayton homes in candler is the guy to see if youre wanting to buy a home! He got my family into a beautiful preowned home and was nothing but helpful the entire time 6/5 awesome experience. If youre in the market go to him and tell him I sent you hell hook you up!

From the minute I walked in the doors through Clayton, Brad Belcher had one goal- get me a house I loved and get it quickly!
Sent in applications in August and just moved in this February! We worked together quickly to make sure we got everything we needed done to get my house ready to move in and I couldn't be more thankful. Especially after having such a negative experience somewhere else.. Thank you Brad and Clayton!
