I called a week in advance to make appointment, they scheduled me for the following Thursday at 9 oclock. I dropped my explorer off at 9 oclock that Thursday morning for my appointment . Waited all day then called called at 6 PM to see if my truck was done they said they could not get to it because the Ford place was priority he details there cars and trucks that he would try to get to mine on Monday which was memorial day even though they were off and he would try to come in on his day off but if not it would be done by Wednesday that week. I went Thursday morning at 10 oclock only to find out my truck had not been touched at all. Called several times with no answer and customer service is horrible considering I scheduled a week in advance was given the date and time bye the owner according to his schedule and my truck was still not complete or even touched at all during the week it sat outside there shop. I rented a vehicle during the time my explore was supposed to be detailed so I am out the 278$ for rental as well. I do not recommend this company at all they will waste your time wont answer phone calls and left my truck sitting outside in different types of weather. Definitely not a place I would recommend to do business with.

Call regarding pressure washing my back porch. He had did work for me 2 years ago and did a good job so I definitely wanted to use him again. Well, called him and he gave me a date he would be out. My son stayed home and he never showed nor called. Finally got ahold of him via text and this is what he told me:
Im so sorry. I got Caught up on some work I was trying to finish. I will definitely get by there sometime this afternoon or tomorrow.
Low and behold, no show again or no call. I even asked him if he didnt want the job because it was too small, just let me know so I could call somebody else. Had all my lawn furniture out on the back lawn for almost two weeks. To say the least two wooden tables are not in great shape anymore from being left outside. Not reliable at all. Also come to find out someone else I know said they called him and he would never return their call back. Not a way to do business. Consumer beware.
