As a fellow contractor I found myself in a bit of a pickle finding a quick, good solution to a tough situation. Not only did Bob take the time to explain what solutions he could offer but spent some time educating me on why the service he provides would actually yield much better long term results. Furthermore upon arriving on the job-site Bob went beyond the extra mile to make my client very happy with the out come. I can not emphasize enough how much Bob's personalized service and willingness to share his expertise made all the difference to me.
