image Im not sure if it was an incredibly busy day but I went in for a knee injury with pain and swelling and the Doctor I saw seemed very rushed and yanked on my knee and just seemed unnecessarily aggressive. Maybe he didnt mean to be or doesnt realize his strength but youd think if you tell them youre in pain they would be A tad more considerate. So still no answers just a oh I think its your ACL lets get some X-rays. Correct me if Im wrong but you cant see an ACL on an X-ray. Its unfortunate that I should feel this unsure about going back to a doctors office. I didnt go to prisma because Ive been there before and there service was just as bad. But when did we get here where people should feel afraid or unsure of wether or not its worth going to a doctor whos supposed to help you or provide care. Just to continually have to jump through hoops and be referred here and there only to still have no answers or have a bandaid slapped on it and be told okay it should be good to go for now. Idk its just sad. Im usually not the one to write these things but I left in more pain than I was in when I got there.

image Awesome staff, professional and helpful. I had a full hip replacement in 2021 and surgery was fine. I had a fair amount of discomfort but not major. After my last follow up I continued to have pain in that leg which was actually coming from a break in my lower back. I continued with individual physical therapy and supplements have recovered. My hip is great and my lower back not so much. Dr. Joseph was awesome and addressed every issue I had. I never felt rushed. I'm very pleased with Camden Bone and Joint.

image I am military member stationed at Shaw. 38 years old and 18 years in the military. I've never felt so demeaned, belittled and made to feel like I drove all the way down there with no real pain and or symptoms. The doctor that I saw was the most unprofessional unkind and unwilling to help human being I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I could barely sit up on his table and he just grabbed my knee moved it around, said yes there's lots of cracking so let me take some X-rays. Then he came in chuckling...so there's nothing on the x-rays...like he knew I was full of it...and then said that he needed a copy of my disc from your past MRI. I said they faxed the results and he said they can't fax a disc man...as he looked at me like I was a biggest idiot in the world. I would rather live with this pain for the rest of my life then ever step foot in that facility again. Everyone in that facility was complete garbage and they might be used to treating people like their on a assembly line but but I guess that's what happens when they get free money sent to them from the military...everyone stops caring and just feels entitled to our business. I was being seen for right knee pain and relieved the oain of having to deal with this person.
