I worked with Mr. Roe in reference to a claim originally sought in 2009. It was finally service connected in 2020. I had worked with other VSO's in another state where I had previously resided (Texas) during the interim.
Mr. Roe had identified service record book evidence that no one else had tried to find, he continually checked into my claim through the VA database and contacted me when a decision had been reached. This was over the course of about 6 months. He was proactive and not just reactive. What a commodity and an asset to the Veterans in this area.

Mr Roe has done an outstanding job working with my claim, very professional yet down to earth and follows through on everything that's working relaying the information promptly. I felt more at ease knowing that he was devoted to doing the best he could to make it as effortless and quick as possible. I wish the whole VA System approached their jobs like Mr. Roe does, things would be alot better for the veterans and a whole list of other things that is entirely too long to list. That's why I give the Gue. Co. VSO 5 Stars .
