We moved into a home with beat up hardwoods, we were also remodeling the kitchen which required repairs and replacement. Rick was quick to respond to our needs and did repairs so that we could continue with the remodel. He came back, did the sanding and finish and it LOOKS AWESOME! I will be recommending him to anyone that needs work done no matter what kind of floor it is. I am in the customer service industry and I look for quality businesses to partner up with and refer. Authentic Hardwood originally did our main level floors back in 2005. 10 years later they still look great. When we made the decision to replace all the carpet on our 2nd level with hardwood it was an easy decision who to call. We again couldn't be happier with the results. Rick was very helpful when I was trying to make a decision on the type of wood, and extremely patient with me when choosing a color. He stained 4 different color sample areas so I could see the colors with my natural light. His crew is always courteous and professional, I would highly recommend them.
