I needed to have Dr Dinges examine something that wasnt seen at an earlier appointment. I called the office at 4:40pm and was seen immediately. The staff and Dr Dinges were amazing. I was given excellent care! Thank you all!

The office staff was very nice and helpful. I was seen promptly within a few minutes of my appointed time. I had come for the results of an MRI and to initiate the process of obtaining hearing aids. Once in the exam room I was seen by a pleasant doctor who advised fme that my results were good with no abnormalities. I was then told I would have to make another appointment to start the process of obtaining hearing aids. I drove 38 miles round trip from home and had tot pay a $100.00 co-pay for something that could have been handled over the phone. I had had to reschedule this appointment earlier and had actually asked if someone could look into the results and advise me over the phone if there was anything to be concerned about. The service was great but a total waste of my time and money.
