Be sure to point out EVERY little thing wrong with the car. Theyll let you overview your rental under a tree in the shade, then when you bring it back, they pull it into the well lit garage... point out flaws & keep your deposit.

Made a reservation two weeks ahead of scheduled work on my service vehicle. Showed up that morning and they didn't have anything... not even a bicycle! Rent from someone else!

They had the worst customer service on Cabot that Ive ever seen after a guy named prince left they were horrible to me I waited 4 hours in their office they did nothing I called general manager he was more worried about his weekend than me as a customer very unprofessional & almost unbelievable to customers one star only because I had to put something for this to go thru sadly disappointed
