We have been trying to upgrade my father-in-law's cable service for 2 weeks. 4 different service appointments were scheduled. 3 times the technician didn't bother to show up or call. The 4th time, the technician didn't know why he was there, and therefore didn't have the right equipment. Surely, the people of Cabot and Jacksonville deserve better!

WORST product and service provider I have ever dealt with! I cannot stress WORST! Took 6 weeks to get cable tv. Now internet only works for a few seconds and goes out. Must drive down the street and capture someone else's or a business. Took 30 minutes on the phone to schedule a service call yet, still being billed for the service.

Very Pricy for what I get compared to NATCO and Yelcot.! No Choices in this area,Service can randomly go out with no explanation for 2-5 Hours-yet i get full charges.Call Customer service about billing charges and obviously I am speaking to Far East Or India-cannot understand them.They manage to put me on hold for 7-10 minutes at least twice a call-and I end up with no resolution to issue.I HATE suddenlink.We have an office within 10 miles and no access to it.
