If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The rudest people I've ever met in my life and I'll never do business with them ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.

Poor customer service. Pharmacist refused to full my prescription because he said he's not making a profit and to go tha a big chain to fill it. I've never heard this kind of disregard for human nature. Sad

Terrible staff. I was about to fill a prescription, but they were being extremely rude to an elderly lady about their price gouging on medicine. He said "when I saw we we're about to lose money on selling this to you, I jacked the price up." When they told her she's welcome to take her business elsewhere, that was my cue to snatch my paper off the desk take MY business anywhere but here. Places like this are a burden to local communities, and I recommend everyone reading these reviews to take their business elsewhere as well. Also, the man at the window didn't even know what clindamycin is.

First time I called I was told they don't know if they accept my insurance until they run it for a Rx. Now I know why they say that. My insurance clearly lists Polks Drugs in Byram as an in network pharmacy & my medication cost is $0.00. However, because Polks doesn't get what they want from the insurance company, they charged me (the pharmacist at the counter told me this was why I was being charged). However, I was not told they weren't filing this claim on my insurance. Now I understand why. Had they filed it like they were supposed to, my cost would have been $0. Instead they charged the customer for not getting what they wanted from the insurance company. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. They cannot be trusted. Very shady business towards customers. No guarantee of them accepting insurance, even though my insurance tells me this is one of the pharmacies I can use & they don't tell you that. I definitely feel cheated & done wrong. Why pay insurance premiums if the pharmacy is not going to work with the insurance company they are in network with?
