Hello! Phil and his crew did not show up on time if they showed up at all. They put the trex on my deck wrong, they are uneven, a tripping hazard. They told me my foundation was uneven so that’s why the trex was uneven. They put extra holes in my stair railing, their mistake, they were going to caulk the holes. They put yellow screws in the white facia board. They said they would use white caulking to cover screw heads. The railings were not plum. The steps are not regulation size. My whole deck has to be redone. They put the wrong shingles on my roof. They had to take them off and start over. The drip edge was a mess. They left the job without correcting their mistakes and did not return. Would not recommend. The guys were nice I truly believe they thought they were doing a good job but they don’t know what they are doing. They would also leave a mess for me to clean up. He will delete as he already has a couple of times.I was informed Lowe’s is no longer hiring them as installers. It’s about time. A lady approached me the other day and informed me they have been fighting with P&M Development and Lowe’s over a deck they did for her a year ago.

You can not ask for better contractors! They do a excellent job from start to finish, whether it is your home or business, fair pricing and very professional. The can handle A-Z in the commercial sector! Roofs, concrete, electric, plumbing, you name it they can do it!

Phil and his crew do an AMAZING job! We contacted them about doing a kitchen & bathroom remodel and the project was done in about a month! 12/10 recommend P & D Development!

P & M Development did my kitchen, buffet in dinette, and 3 bathrooms. I could not be more pleased. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I must admit I am picky. They worked every day. My project was finished in a little over 2 months. Phil was always accesdible, if needed. His workers are true craftsmen. No one else will ever work on my house. Cynthia Blevins
