        RPM Vancouver was quick to understand and resolve an issue that could have impacted our property. They took our matter very seriously and acted quickly which we really appreciated. They do a great job with our property management.

        As an owner of rental property, Real Property Management Vancouver has been engaging and responsive to the tenant's reported issues. My phone calls and emails to RPM have been returned promptly. The office staff who takes the calls are superb. Can't say I get to speak to dept heads or field personnel, sometimes I'd like to speak to the RPM person who spoke with the tenant or was at the house to see the issue. Work orders do track the issues and I appreciate the in-month and month-end reports. I believe the RPM team values the owner and tenant relationships and that is what is best.

        As an owner of a unit it is hard to get a hold of anyone there. Very frustrating and upsetting! The person who answered the phone doesnt speak English very well and is hard to understand. Messages dont get transmitted very well. If this continues I will be looking for another management company!
