        I lived in an apartment building managed by Wise Move Property Management and it was the best experience. The staff has always been great with any issues that came up and go above and beyond to help their tenants. Highly recommend!

        The gasket in the sink where it connects to the drain pipe was leaking a lot over the Thanksgiving weekend. This was only on one side of the double sink and we reported it over the weekend. On Monday at 10:00am the repair man came with the correct part and was only here for 15 minutes to fix it.

        Horrible. The absolute worst. Denice specifically. She unjustly charged us cleanup fees on this old house which is completely ridiculous considering we lived there with a porch that was covered in black mold. Great for our new born I'm sure. She then tried to derail us from buying a house by not responding to our lenders phone calls. Contact me if you'd like more info or need help with a lawsuit, more than happy to help! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. 100% Awful.
