I just talked to the manager at garden park Estates, who wouldn't identify her self. She acted like I was threatening her, but I was only asking questions about my rent check that wasn't cashed. She was dissmive toward me, and wouldn't listen to my concerns. She then threatened me with an eviction, because I wanted to pay my rent. I have lived here for over 15 years! This is uncalled for harrassment by the management company.

The community manager Julia Frazier Merritt is unstable deeply. They lie and falsify the information for people seeking AFFORDABLE HOUSING!!! This agency Needs oversight. Trying to get in contact with this office is impossible. This is my second time trying and Carrie in HR never replies to emails, never calls back. Its been over two weeks now Ive left multiple messages and emails but still nothing. Im starting to think no one actually works here.

Working for key property services was the worst choice. Their office is also no help, receptionist and HR never seem to be in office even though I call during office hours. Horrible company
