Had an unlucky day today and unfortunately the exchange process isnt so simple here. Although, I appreciate management doing his best to reverse a mistake today. BR cloths are always very comfortable and love their products. But wont come back its just not worth the inconvenience. Some companies mistakes never happen and if they do they are sure to make up for it in one way or another.

Im not quite sure what people are talking about when they say its less of a shop and turned into a display room. It may seem like its just stuff on display but theres actually lots of sizes and colors in the back. The customer service is awesome and the shop itself is so worth it. Definitely dont travel to Bellevue to go to this shop because people say that this shops selection is bad. 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!!

This is a clothing store with no clothes! There are a total of two racks of mens clothes with a few upscale pieces and nothing useful or practical. Dont waste your time here. Mystifying business model from BR.

They remodeled as a boutique conceptwhich they are not doing well at. The minute I entered I was asked if I needed help three times in a span of 10 minutes where it got to be annoying. Its not a big showroom (and I was the only person there), the staff can easily see who has been greeted/addressed already. At this point its either on purpose to pressure certain people to leave or it is a sign of disorganized and untrained staff. It was off putting, but that wasnt what made me want to post a low review. After getting a chance to look around, I saw a pair of pants on display I wanted to try. I asked who I assume was the manager (asian woman in all black) if I could try them on and she was very blunt saying they did not have my sizewhich is a medium or 6-8. It came off as extremely dismissive, and I felt some sort of profiling played into the attitude I received. At other boutique stores I have enjoyed, if they dont have your size theyll offer to show you a similar design that they do have in your size or some stores can order online and have it delivered . Now looking at other reviews as well as my experience, the ladies here tend to be selective on who they want to genuinely help and their sole purpose is to tell you they dont have your size. In the end, I would say this boutique lacks class and if you go in, theres a high chance youll leave feeling disappointed.
