A "watchmaker" local to me in Texas improperly serviced, destroyed my bezel & insert and ruined all of the finishes on my Omega Seamaster. This watch holds a lot of sentimental value and after that horrible experience I was just crushed. I went looking for someone to restore the watch to factory condition and after doing a ton of research on several Omega forums, I kept hearing one name get recommended, even over sending it to Omega themselves, Nesbits. At every point in the process my expectations have been exceeded. From their transparent communication to the impeccable craftsmanship, they surpassed all expectations. I knew that the damage to my watch would likely be hard to completely eliminate. After receiving the watch and going through it I received a very comprehensive quote and I was given the very reasonable expectation by Nesbits that they would do their best to repair the damage. I was expecting "OK", and what I got back was nothing short of amazing. The restoration was a true work of art, with every scratch expertly erased and genuine Omega parts used. What they received from me looked like it had taken a turn in a rock tumbler and what I received back looks brand new. They were able to not only repair the damage but also remove scratches from 17 yrs of daily wear.

There is no better place in the PNW to have your watch serviced. The process is safe, secure and easy with detailed communication. I live in Alaska and did not have the luxury of having my Omega repaired here. The thought of dropping my trusted timepiece, albeit battered and abused, in the mail made me uncomfortable. Jan from Nesbit's let me know when it arrived, delivered an estimate in a timely fashion, and returned it looking and working good as new. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
