Ive read a lot of the Google reviews for the Seattle location and most of the bad reviews label The Forum a scam, cult or a religion. Well I can assure you its none of those things. At its simplest, its a way of being. I took The Forum as a teenager and got a lot out of it. I took it again with my wife several years ago and, among other things, it helped us to drastically improve our communication. If you go into it with an open mind and a willingness to work hard and be truthful, it might be the greatest investment you will ever make in yourself. This is incredibly cost effective therapy. Yes I get the fact that its a little annoying that they periodically try to get you to bring in family and friends, but this company doesnt have salespeople, so this is how they get more attendees. Id say The Forum is 95% content/work and 5% sales. A very small price to pay for world class self-help that costs as much as a few counseling sessions and for those that work hard, it can provide exponential results.
