I'm new to bellydance, and Leslie creates a joyful and welcoming atmosphere for new and experienced dancers. Every week we learn something a little different and follow along with various dance movements in a low-impact format that is great for building coordination, stretching, and even a little strength training and meditation in the workout classes. Come join us!

Really lovely class. I'm getting back into belly dance after a 3+ year COVID hiatus and this is just the ticket. The format is great to follow and Leslie breaks down everything easily from posture to movements. (Picture of my earlier dance years for visibility)

I have been taking dance classes from Leslie Rosen since 2008, and I can honestly say that they have changed my life for the best. She is the most welcoming teacher, and her creativity and enthusiasm for art is unmatched. Leslie encourages everyone, at every ability, to enjoy dance and to be present in their body. She is encouraging, and dancing with my classmates is always the highlight of my week.
