After being greeted by a store associate, I was asked if I was looking for something specific. I asked for a product, which they didnt carry, and rather than showing me an alternative product, I received a lecture with a judgmental tone. Then the associate returned to the other associates, spoke about me, stared, and then turned away and completely disregarded me. So much for queer friendly, not a welcoming environment at all!

I walked in here the other day, expecting to make a purchase. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in the door, but after 20 minutes of wandering around the store, no one bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. There was one employee talking to another customer, completely blocking some of the items I was interested in, 2 more employees chatting with each other, and maybe only one other customer in there. It's been quite some time since I've shopped for these items, so I was hoping to talk to someone knowledgeable, and am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I want to support local businesses, but my experience here was no better than shopping online.

There is a selection here, its not a big one and in terms of vibrators, half of what they have out are dead. My partner and i wandered in, were not greeted or even acknowledged in our time in there. We did however hear the staff commenting on how weird a customer was after they left the store. This was deeply unprofessional and harmful to anyone in a space that should be safe and inclusive. I would not recommend shopping here.

Firing someone who was brave enough to call out racist attitudes and behaviors is beyond gross. I'll never shop here again, nor will my friends.
