Very poorly run slab company, and very unsafe. Slabs being moved around customers walking around, workers, not wearing any kind of safety gear. Customer service is very poor, expect to walk around for awhile without being greeted but instead listen to workers making inappropriate jokes. Slabs are frequently damaged but still on display. A lot of markings on slabs are scratched out and rewritten like it took staff a few times to figure out what their inventory was. There are better stone companies locally like Design Stone on Fidalgo St and a few others.

We walked in and reserved two slabs of marble and had our fabricator call four days later to get pricing and give his name. When we were in store whoever we talked to made it sound like they were super generous with holding the marble and they would hold it for 30-60 days and theyd call us before releasing it. 6 weeks or so had passed and I decided to call a few days before our fabricator was set to show up to template our counters and make sure everything was still good with our reserved slabs just in case. I found out our slabs were released from our hold and given to someone else without contacting us. We got a semi apology and a lot of excuses. We spent Easter weekend looking for backup marble slabs with a toddler (not ideal at all) and actually found something better at meta marble. We had a much better experience there and found they had a better selection. I wont be going back to daltile.

Kind, friendly and engaging people who seem truly interested in what I'm trying to find. Great selection and an attractive showroom.
