Really bad experience. They said my Amex card didnt work and chased out and asked me to pay again. I asked if they are sure and they insisted. I saw the Amex transaction actually went through in my App but didnt want to fight so I paid again with my Visa card. Few days later I see both transactions went through so I paid twice. Also the model I bought the hand was broken. I asked for refund they rejected. They only allowed me to exchange. And I asked them again if they double charge me with 2 cards, they said no again but it clearly show up in both of my cards statement. Very frustrating. Almost a fraud.

Found some anime souvenirs for my friends back home and had a lovely chat with the owner, when I noticed he had a One Piece Wanted poster he gave me a Nico Robin one. Best experience I had as a customer in Seattle during my weekend attending ECCC 2024. If I'm ever back in the area I'm visiting this store as a customer again.
