This place has came in clutch a few times recently when Seattle galvanizing has dropped the ball or refused to do small items. The team at Emerald has saved the day and their turn around time has been impeccable.

Called about time frame they said they could have it done in 5 days, no expediting fee. dropped it off they called Thursday said it need hole for venting (didn't need it 7.00 a hole) gave them the ok they said it would be done Friday morning. Called several times no one answered so left from Tacoma to Ballard got there and it was not done, they said it was lack of communication on their side had to 2 hours still charged me for holes and expediting. Felt their pricing was high compared to the other galvanizing shops.

At my work we've used them for at least 6 years. They're quick and do a good job. We have them galvanize tire hangers we put on tugboats that operate in salt water. The coating holds up very well.
