My experience with Christian has been amazing so far. Hes kind, considerate, and is better at asking for consent compared to most professionals. With Christians help, Im improving my muscle awareness and thats had a positive impact on my ability to exercise and play sports. Most importantly, were making big strides in releasing trauma thats been held in my body for years.

I saw Christian after trying everything (PT, massage, acupuncture) for a shoulder injury Ive had for 6 months. Within a few minutes hed found the problem and was able to give me almost full range of motion without pain within a few minutes. He takes a holistic approach and takes his time to explain what hes doing and how it works into the injury.

Christian is one of the most knowledgable therapist and frankly humans I have worked with regarding how our bodily ecosystem works overall and with connection to our minds. His skill set is unmatchable. He was able to release a chronic issue from my life and help me optimize my marathon training leading to a successful 26.2! He is unique in providing information so that the client can understand their own bodies. I am a nurse practitioner and have dedicated a lot of time understanding the biomechanics of functional movement and really value having Christian as a resource and therapist.
