be sure you don't fall for a SCAM! 'DOCUSIGN SEATTLE WA' billed my Credit Card but I have NO CURRENT BUSINESS WITH THE LEGITIMATE COMPANY: DocuSign. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card company which began investigation and Held the charge UNPAID; but whole Dispute process takes up to 4-months!

So unprofessional customer support. Very disappointed by the service. Expensive and not much support. Will change other product.

In short when it works it works fine while being a bit expensive. When it doesn't work there is no customer service. Online chat is a unhelpful computer response. The Email address their own website sends you to goes to an unmonitored email address. No phone number. Clearly when the Customer Service is This BAD. They simply Don't care. No quick easy way to get Help making a very expensive product useless when you have issues.
