We had such a great experience using ShowDigs to schedule a recent rental tour in Redmond, WA! Up until this experience, weve had a difficult time scheduling tours to see houses, through various apps, being redirected to different websites and phone numbers, which has lead to minimal communication and uncertainty. With ShowDigs, we could easily choose a tour time, reschedule as needed, and were sent reminders leading up to it. Our Agent, Diane, was friendly, informative, and willing to look for answers to our important questions. (She was a huge part of this great experience!) After touring, Showdigs sent us the direct link to apply for the house, so we didnt have to go and search for it. Even if we dont get the house we applied for, Im walking away feeling encouraged on our house hunt after the experience with ShowDigs. 5 stars!!

I scheduled a house tour in denver on 07/13/2023 at 5pm when I arrived the person giving the tour didn't have the house key. I was then told to reschedule which I did for the next available day which was 07/17/2023 at 5pm. 3 hours prior to my rescheduled tour they canceled and told me they are now reviewing applications and I have no options for this property. I was unable to view/apply for the property because they forgot the key in the first place. I was given no notice besides them canceling my rescheduled tour. I am not pleased with this company and how they treat their own mistakes.

Attention Lawyers, Tenants, & Property Mangers: Showdigs is not only unimaginably incompetent, they are harmfully negligent and immoral enough to border on outright evil. Please read this if you care about tenant rights, or are considering doing business with them in anyway. 3 clear facts: - Showdigs provides compliance inspection services to PMs, who compel their tenants to submit to intimate but fair inspections. - Showdigs has been in operation with these services for at least 18 months, and in business offering property related services for 5 year, HQ'd here in Seattle. - Showdigs sends tenants scheduling emails for their compulsory inspections knowing the CLICK HERE link will be mysteriously non-functional on default iOS devices. As a Seattle based technical product manager, and a tenant, at first I just found this last point annoying and time consuming. But I also thought about it for 4 seconds, using the principles of empathy and accessibility that are at the heart of my employer's missions statement, and with the general conspicuousness of a Seattle resident that sees lots of social conscious yard signs, tent cities with homeless kids in them, and a baseline knowledge of tenants rights. Examine this odd 'bug' with me for a moment. My daughter goes to public school, and her class is very diverse on multiple axis. Last week I helped one of the moms, who lives with her 3 kids in the apt complex around the corner while her husband serves as a merchant marine, get a print out of the volunteer forms and fill them out, she couldn't do it on her iPhone 10 - the only screen in the house. What else do I have to say? No way she was installing the google chrome browser on her iphone 10 to use the CLICK HERE link( I never even thought of that and I do this for a living.) If she 'refuses to schedule' will her PM evict her? Showdigs doesn't know, because according to the thoughtful, kind, respectful and efficient long time Showdigs employee (to whom I give a 12 star review!) who inspected my home, in her 16+ months doing inspections, going by the office, and even meeting Kobi Bensimon himself multiple times, no one has ever asked her about tenant experience, let alone done a survey. Tenants aren't the customer, I get that. But I'm pretty sure we have rights. And shipping a product, for 18months, that you know that your DEFAULT USER cannot execute the basic workflow with, never creating a FAQ, let alone a Spanish language version of um.... anything, and then specifically choosing to never measure any outcomes related to that group or decision.... Sending an email where CLINK HERE doesn't work on iOS is already so ridiculous it borders on unbelievable. It's really easier to believe that since Kobi started this company without including any detectable nod in the mission statement or website text toward tenants rights at all despite managing them, that he, and his leadership are totally comfortable walking past kids in tents on the way to office, knowing that PMs see an inspection process that their poorest and most vulnerable residents will be unable to and that complete allows them to evict on the basis of refusal rents that will fetch higher rates from newer tenants. So they know, for sure, that some where in Seattle, there is at least 1 kid that is homeless because that link didn't work. I have no idea HOW the leadership at showdigs maintains a culture where such obvious problems (CLICK HERE - iOS!!!!!!) are not only acceptable, but completely unexplored, a non-priority. This org is rotten, to it's core. Unfixable culture if you can't address that your product is clearly MAKING KIDS HOMELESS FOR YEARS. Sure, the landlord image viewer is slick, and the transactions process fast, but I'm not kidding when I say you gotta think about the less advantaged children among us and the clear and obvious harm these people at the least allow to go on and wonder if they are going to treat you well as a customer. Somebody sue them out of existence as a public service, please.
